If you believe that your Photo has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may provide us with written notification of your claim in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 and instructions on the site.
Limitation of Liability
You shall be liable for and shall indemnify us against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) incurred by us which arise directly or indirectly from a breach by you of your obligations, representations or warranties under these terms.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, iGroom accepts returns within 30 days of purchase which is directly purchased from iGroom (Aerosols and perfumes are excluded). If you purchased iGroom products from other resellers, please contact the resellers directly. If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by iGroom, or damaged products, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges in the original form of tender. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged merchandise to iGroom. If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from iGroom. We don’t offer refunds on any opened and used products.
